Limitation of Liability of Inca World with Independent Suppliers

Inca World acts as a tour operator in Bolivia, and also contracts services to diverse service providers: transport companies, lodging, restaurants and other independent service providers who are not under our control or supervision. Inca World cannot assume responsibility for acts or omissions which can occur with these companies, although we can assist our clients with lodging the corresponding claims and complaints. To avoid these situations, Inca World selects the most trustworthy suppliers and providers.

Responsibility of Inca World with flight tickets

Domestic and international flights are subject to overbookings, cancelations, or modifications. If this occurs Inca World will do everything in its power to assist clients in boarding their respective flights or making alternative arrangements. However, Inca World will not assume responsibility for inability to board, additional charges, ticket price differences, or additional transport costs which may apply in cases of flight cancelations or delays.

Adventure Activities

Some activities carry inherent risk of personal harm; for the execution of these activities it may be necessary to sign a liability waiver. Inca World cannot guarantee your safety 100%, so clients should be conscious of risks and take care during their trip. Inca World does not assume responsibility for your safety or for personal damages. Before the execution of any activity our guides will orient you regarding the activities and the present risks.

Events out of our control

Inca World will not assume responsibility for events out of our control, such as government measures, civil disturbances, terrorist acts, robberies, epidemics, states of emergency, delays due to adverse weather conditions, damage to routes which impedes transport, temporary and unforeseen closures of archeological centers or any incident which is out of the control of Inca World or its suppliers.

Visas, customs, and vaccines

It is entirely the responsibility of our clients to abide by visa and customs regulations. Travelers planning on visiting the jungle should receive their yellow fever vaccination at least 10 days before their travel date, and should request an international vaccination certificate in the process.

Privacy

Inca World protects the information of our clients and will not share this with third parties unless it is for the purposes of planning their reservation or executing the touristic program, and only with the authorization of our clients. Communication

It’s Inca World policy to establish communication ties with our clients to coordinate the details of their trips or the planning of their program. Communication can be established through personal, physical, and electronic channels, but Inca World will be respectful of the regulations and limits this implies. If in any case our communication becomes offensive or bothersome, please let us know, as we will be eager to resolve any issue immediately.

Virtual Newsletters and Brochures

Inca World has designed these brochures in PDF so that they can be shared in electronic format with our clients, and they in turn can share them with other people. These brochures have an informative purpose for our clients and shouldn’t be reproduced or copied to other ends.
