This is an adventure that you can not miss, in which you can appreciate the various attractions and history of the department of La Paz. Going back in time to the oldest and advanced andean culture, Tiwanaku; and going by the sun’s route across Lake Titicaca, making an unmissable stop in Copacabana to reach the Sun Island, the place where according to the legend Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo came from (founders of the city of Cusco).
In this great day we will visit the ancient pre Incan city of Tiwanaku and the ceramic museums in which we will see extraordinary pieces, then we will cross the strait of Lake Titicaca in local boats, to finally reach Copacabana and visit its beautiful church.
Throughout the morning of this wonderful day we will visit the south of the island of the Sun, being the largest island in Lake Titicaca, where we can get to know Pilkokaina (Inca Palace) and Yumani (Garden of the Inca), returning to Copacabana for lunch and then to La Paz.
