Our great adventure starts with the gathering of your accommodation in La Paz around 7:00 am, we will take private transportation that will take us to step La Cumbre del Cristo, located on the 4600 m, a natural lookout from where seen real mountains, small lakes with lots of fog and the typical geography of the Andes. Here starts our trek, first to climb to reach Apacheta located 5000 meters high, this stretch will be tiring but rewarding, as being at the highest point we will have spectacular views of the snowcapped mountains.

Soon it will be time to descend by an Inca trail observing mountain landscapes, arid to tropical Yungas up to Chucura where we register, we will continue and after 6 hours of walking down, we reach the community of Challapampa (3000m) located Chucura by the river, where we will have the first camp.

We have to get up early for breakfast at 7:00 am, then continue our trek as we go leave the Andean region and in a short time will be in the green area full of vegetation, passing by the population Choro, start to feel the warmth, we will be able to see waterfalls, mountains, rivers and cross coca, coffee, and fruit.

Our destination of the day is San Francisco, after 7 hours of hiking trails with Inca embankments, and amid tropical vegetation reach this village where we will enjoy a delicious dinner and camp.

It is the last day of walk will be quite stifling and exhausting, but not have to worry about the water as we pass many waterfalls on the way we pass the village of Sandillani, cross the Coscada river through a suspension bridge that leads to the Cuesta Devil, here we have to recharge our water bottles as in all this journey will not find water. The slope of the devil is a zigzagging path and exhausting, en route we stop at a viewpoint with spectacular views.

  We conclude our walk in the Chairo community at 1200 meters, there we will have lunch and address our transportation towards La Paz, arriving around 6:00 pm.
