We will start our wonderful adventure in the village of Rurrenabaque, we will pick you up from the airport or hotel in our jeep 4 x 4, we will go immediately to the town of Reyes and later to Santa Rosa del Yacuma in a journey of approximately 4 hours. In this route full of natural beauty we will be able to observe several species of birds like herons and probably sloths. Between 12:00 and 1:00 in the afternoon we will arrive at this village and enjoy a delicious lunch.

Then we will go to the port of the Yacuma River to board a boat and after about 3 hours of travel we will arrive at our lodge, en route we will observe several caimans and turtles and other reptiles that approach the banks of the river. After getting comfortable in the lodge we will have a rest, and before it gets dark we will take a walk of about 2 hours  watching the beautiful sunset, lizard eyes that shine in the dark, howler and red monkey, spiders and night birds.

Finally we will return to our ecological lodging to enjoy a dinner and rest.
 

We will have breakfast at 7:30 am and start this fascinating day with a trek through the pampas into the lush tropical forest, we’ll visit the marshy areas to observe anacondas, eagles in search of food (these normally feed on different types of snakes). We will also see different types of wild orchids and huge lilies like the Amazonian victory. Around 12:30 pm we will stop for lunch and have a well-deserved rest.

Shortly afterwards we will board a canoe and go exploring the river in order to find pink river dolphins, beautiful animals very friendly  that usually approach when they hear the sound of the motor of a boat. We will have the opportunity to observe varieties of animals like flamingos, turtles, capybaras. This will be a unique experience difficult to forget, enjoy a sport fishing, fishing some voracious piranhas (the most famous fish in the Amazon)

We will return to our lodge, have dinner and at the same time we will hear stories of the Amazonian cultures.

This great day we will have to get up at 5am and in our boat we will go along the river Yacuma to observe birds and enjoy a beautiful sunrise accompanied by the harmony of lots of birds like parrots, macaws, turkeys, we can even hear To the capuchin monkeys and we will see many other species of monkeys.

We will take the breakfast and we will go to visit a small islands, in its borders we will observe, the cormorán, wild geese, and toucans, besides alligators and turtles, of course always with the explanations of our specialized guide.

12:30pm we will have lunch and it will be time to return. We will sail along the Yacuma River until arriving at Santa Rosa arriving around 2:30 pm. Then we will take the transport that will take us back to Rurrenabaque.
